Qbittorrent writting only to array not DL location

I have been beating my head on the wall on this. No matter what I do the container will only write downloads to the array disk 1. I have it set to write to the user share what is mapped to a download NVME for nightly moves to the array of all collected downloads. I have even tried reinstalling with the data location set to the NVME directly. Has anyone had this problem and found a soloution. It should be writting to the yellow drive not the red.
