Docker losing recent history

I am using the docker version of qbittorrent (specifically "linuxserver/qbittorrent"), and for some reason it looks like the save data resume interval does nothing. When I look at my BT_backup and count how many .torrent files there are, it reports 1922, but in qbittorrent it says 1932. For the fastresume files it reports that same thing. To my knowledge that means that qbittorrent has forgotten about 10 torrents. From what I have seen these are all the new torrents added since qbittorrent has started (or last save but I can't tell when it happens, it has to be atleast days).

From some testing I have done, because it has not written down these torrents, if I restart qbittorent it will forget to repopulate them and forgot it ever downloaded them. Fast resumes don't save for normal files either, so any torrent stats will be lost / rolled back.

I don't know exactly what would be the most helpful to debug this, and idk if my conclusion for why my qbittorrent has memory loss is right. All I know is that whenever I restart qbittorent it usually loses a good amount of recent history.
