here go back halfway if qbitorrent is active and when I put the pc on standby at night, at some point qbittorrent freezes and does not download anything anymore, trying to close it does not close, and ending the process either via command in the prompt or in the task manager does not end, if I log off the process does not exit either, the only solution is to restart the pc

You should not put PC on standby if there is any application that active in the background.
Before shutdown/standby your PC, stop all active job in qBittorent and close it properly.
