qBittorrent official forums

Hello,
I am new to qBittorrent. I was using a different torrent program before and had no problems downloading (movies).But I read that other programs are prone to viruses etc. and qBittorent is safer.
There are three movies that I tried to download in the past month.
All of them indicate "downloading" but 0% appears in progress. They should have all been downloaded.
Any ideas what is wrong ?

Maybe you can check:
1.Tracker state seen by qBittorrent
2.Number of seeder seen by qBittorrent for each movie

When I click trackers, a heading appears but no information under it.
Next to all the movies it reads Dounloading metadata and everything else shows " 0 "

Are you download by Magnet?
Seem like qBittorrent cannot completely download Metadata with Magnet, you shall use .torrent if available.
