Files are downloading inside the completed folder

Files are downloading inside the completed folder instead of staying inside the incompleted folder
On version 5
Was not doing this in version 4.5
I obviously selected an incompleted folder for incompleted downloads but QBT is not smart enough to understand apparently
What can I do to
stop
