Chronic pausing of torrents

My torrents randomly pause, I resume, and then go on about my business and they pause again. I've restarted Windows. I'm on 3.0.6

Any error messages? Is there seeders still when it pauses?

[/quote]Not that I can tell. On the General info tab nothing that seems like a problem. Status column on Torrent windows just goes from Downloading to Paused and nothing else. In paused status shows 0 (276) Seeds and 0 (76) Peers.

Is there anything in the "Log"? (View->Execution Log)
