I'm new here and maybe this is obvious, but...
A torrent I'm downloading has status "stalled," yet it seems to be downloading (albeit very slowly). 
Also confusing to me:  In the General window, it says "Downloaded: 0 B (3,8 MiB this session).  What does that "0 B" mean?

Not sure about torrent that is marked "stalled" but still downloading. Does it still have seeder available?
The 0 B section is supposed to be total downloaded (all sessions) including wasted data, if any. If it is a torrent you add that was to seed, already completed, this will show or stay as 0 B.
