qBittorrent official forums

I have looked through the forums and may be searching for the wrong information.  I have sub directories set up in QB and when I add a file locally I am asked what label to append and everything works great, Label is added and file is put in that directory and everything stays nice and neat.  In the WebUI I have not been able to figure out how to set the label for a file I add.  Any help would be appreciated.   

My Qb version is 2.9.7
