[SOLVED]Connection status

I am having trouble setting up my connection / bittorrent settings. I have a yellow status on the connection. I have set a forwarding address for TCP and UDP of 45004 (same as i used for utorrent). I have that specified as my listening port. DHT is enabled with DHT port set to 6881. Can someone help me on this? Is there a way to test the connection? I am able to download just fine but it does not appear to be uploading anything during the seeding process.
