qBittorrent 3.0.8 no option to force update tracker and dht, url for new tracker

I use linux Mageia 2 x86_64, qBittorrent 3.0.8 and libtorrent-rasterbar 0.16.7. Now in version 3.0.8 can no longer force update tracker and dht. When I click on the add new tracker the url to compatible tracker list is empty. In version 2.9.10 was automatically populated and when there were additional trackers were automatically filled in. There is no more to list that allows you to edit the tracker list in a separate box and copy all tracker list at once. I am really enjoying the performance of qBittorrent, but miss more functions and options that exist for example in TIXATI.

Unless I misunderstand qB still has all these functions. Pause then resume torrent re-announces. And adding additional trackers (one per line) is in the tracker tab, under add new tracker.

"Force reannounce" was removed some time ago.
