blocked ip's [SOLVED]

hi,

i am getting the message that allot of ip's are blocked by my filter. but i have not setup a filter.

please advise.

EDIT: it was only one or two ip's but they showed up in the logs a bunch. i just deleted those torrents and moved on.

blocks them due to bad pieces?
