It says "Seeding" but isn't seeding.

As you can see, it says "Seeding" on the status.
But it isn't.

I am using latest release, default settings ( i think  )

While you're here, what does the numbers in the seed column mean?

It currently says 0 (36)

Does this mean 36 people are also seeding, or nobody is, but 36 people are ready to seed?

In order to seed you need (active) leechers. Your picture shows that there are none: Peers = 0.
