What libtorrent do you have? By not packaging libtorrent with the ppa I suspect we'll see a lot more of these kinds of errors...

Christophe Dumez has updated his ppa. Update your sources.list as well and use the following repositories:
# For stable branch
deb
http://ppa.launchpad.net/hydr0g3n/qbitt ... ble/ubuntu precise main
# For development branch
deb
http://ppa.launchpad.net/hydr0g3n/qbitt ... unk/ubuntu precise main
