Download keeps pausing and won't restart

I have a very large download that's at 93 odd percent and it keeps pausing and won't restart.

Anybody have any ideas?

Take a look at the log and copy it here. Most probably something errors out. (View->execution log)

Hmm it says:
06/05/2013 19:44:57 - Reason: fast resume rejected: missing or invalid 'file sizes' entry
06/05/2013 19:44:57 - Fast resume data was rejected, checking again...

Sorry I didn't write before but it did this a few times, (the stopping and starting) but then went to 100%. However it never worked (CRC errors) so I added the torrent again and it started rechecking.
I assumed it would start and do a recheck (which it did) but then when it found the segments that were corrupt I thought it would just redownload them...

Is there any way to fix this?

Now it's finished checking again it says:

During the rechecking, take a look at the torrent content and find out which file is causing the problem. Remove the problematic file and try to start over again. You might want to scan your hard drive for bad sectors also.

I think you might be onto something with bad sectors... I just tried to copy the file to another location and it failed at 93.9% same as the torrent check... :-O

Bad sectors sometimes just come out of nowhere... It's recommended to backup and replace the drive as early as possible.

chkdsk /f won't help much with bad sectors... try chkdsk /r

It will take a LONG time to scan. If you can, backup first.

Yup CRC errors point to hardware failure, which sucks.
