[Done] New Windows sub-forum for builds

Having git/fresh versions seemed to be really helpful.
I think this is a great way to have a perfectly solid Windows build.

My proposal:
A new category under Windows, "Windows - QA department" with some description. (That title can change of course.)

What do you guys think?
Do you have any good name/desc?
(I'll do the new topic / move the older topics on Tuesday if everyone is fine with it.)

Done. If you see I missed something, feel free to use the move feature.
(It's at the bottom of each page after you open a topic. The default options are just fine. Just make sure you move it to the right place. =))

Why not create it as a subforum under "Windows" instead?
