qbittorrent local access only & up ratio limit

hi all,
i have installed recently qbittorent-nox and this soft seems to be well featured. My expectations are the fallowing :
-i want to use the web ui through a LAN only and deny all external connections (set up a range of allowed local ips).
-i would like to set a share ratio limit (i saw that it could possible "desired ratio" but with the gtk ui)
