Bash script won't run sometimes

Hey everybody,
I've been using QB v2.9.8 on Debian for a while now.
I've set up the RSS downloader to download torrents, and at completion QB runs my 'extract-and-move' bash script.
The thing is that the script won't run, intermittently. That is, on roughly half of the torrents it downloads- the script doesn't run.
I tried replicating the bug, to show you, with little to no success.
Does anyone have any advice?
