libtorrent 0.16.17 just came out a few hours ago. Are we getting a new minor version with it or are you guys waiting for 1.0 to become stable and release 3.2?

It will work unless there's new or major feature changes (with 3.1.9.2). Only problem is Windows versions have to wait for it to be compiled with the new version.

To OP, I can't answer that, but it seems a new version isn't available so far more than a month later. I think I heard elsewhere 3.2 is going to be with libtorrent 1.0+ among other changes to qB.

The release before v3.2.0 will be also based on libtorrent 1.0+ if im right, to be exact v3.1.10. It will probably be the last build before v3.2.0 release.

And I now noticed one serious bug.
No search plugin is found/loaded!!! wtf? why now? pff I am sick of this breakage.
Now I look like an idiot saying that 3.1.10 is the last one...

Im using it right now, seeding 13 files currently. Well things like that happen mate, we hope it won't of course. You sure that everything is installed correctly (just to be sure)? You can't edit the news page saying its the last release for 3.1.xx series?

May I ask why you choose to use libtorrent v0.16.18+SVN instead of v1.0.2..
Is there some sort of regression present in v1.xx?

I have it numerous times in the forum, but I suppose I should tell it one more time. I am sure there will be others having this question.
Only git master (aka 3.2.0) has libtorrent 1.0.x/0.16.x support.
3.1.x had only libtorrent 0.15.x/.0.16.x support.

I've checked and it worked. Maybe scripts in nova are not overwritten? I know that embedded search plugins versions are checked and nova is updated, but I'm not sure about helpers.py
