I have 1 issue with this release, that was not present in the previous release.

When I start qB after the update, it simply wouldn't recognize the files that was placed on a different location than the default.
Instead it would begin the download from scratch.
I then then deleted and added the torrents again, but still the same result.

My conclusion is: when I add a torrent to be downloaded to a different location than the default, the program doesn't check if the files exist on the optional location.
I have to reverse to the previous release until this get fixed.

pls provide new download link i tried 3.1.1 and everything went upside down.. every entries got deleted. problem + problem . pls change the log number like 3.1.2 so can identify it real one without broken code

Here is qBittorrent 3.1.1.1 built with MSVC 2008 express. It is the same as v3.1.1, it is marked as v3.1.1.1 so the auto-update mechanism can work.
