Should have a backup system settings, including the settings rss reader. Or already have?

I am not aware of any changes of how RSS settings/rules are saved/loaded from disk between 3.0.x and 3.1.x
Maybe Dayman knows something, because he is more familiar with the RSS code. Await for his response.
