Using version 3.1.2. In RSS Downloader the first rule created gets assigned the first label in the dropdown list and trying to change it has no effect. Even if I change it, the next time I open RSS downloader the assign label field is back at the first value in the list. This only occurs on the first rule created. The assign label field works properly for the next rules.
