Menu option to update Tracker

Need a manual option to update tracker just like utorrent.

You don't say which version you're using, but I suggest you update to 3.13 (current revision 4603), because that feature was re-enabled in qbittorrent/v3_1_x ยป Revision 4545 "FEATURE: Re-enabled force reannounce to all trackers.".

I just noticed this too, the way to do it before was to pause then resume, it automatically issues a tracker update.
