qBittorrent starts on "Stalling", won't work

Hey guys, I got a bit of a problem.
When I load my .torrents into the program, they import as "stalled" and won't begin downloading or anything. How can I fix this?

OS? 32/64Bit? Which version? A bit more information would be welcome.

Hey there.
I'm running it on Windows 32bit, the v3.1.3 version.

Thanks. Is the port correctly configured? Showing green icon on the bottom of qBittorrent? Or perhaps 2 clients using the both ports causing conflicts?

Never mind, looks like yesterday was just a bad day for qBittorrent. It's running fine now. Thanks for your help, though.
