Speed fluctuates to much

I have 500mbps connection and my qbittorent speed are flucuates to much,i try the same torent with utorrent and qbittorent,with utorrent speed accelerate rapidly at 56 MB/s but with qbitorrent speed increse are slow and fluctuate for example >12 MB/s and then 8 and 6 and then 13.Uf is requier i post a video

Try adjusting a larger disk write cache, in advanced options.

i have 1577 MiB disk cache

Isn't the disk cache set at automatic zero default value? Im not sure which version you are using though.
