How do I configure qbittorrent to work with cyberghost?
Put the various paremeters in the proxy setting

Tools -> Options -> Connection.
Also how come it does not show my ip in the list of peers. Tixati does
Explain?

Though if your ISP provided external IP is in the peer list when using a BitTorrent via a proxy  it indicates that the client is bypassing the proxy for some checks. Is Tixati set to use UTP for bandwidth management?

In tixati- it portablew one- i can see my cyberghosted external ip in the list of peers. In qbittorent I cannot i see other peers ip not mine

quote]Is Tixati set to use UTP for bandwidth management?[/quote]yes as far as i can figure

The 'peers' button only shows peers that YOU are connected to, trying to connect, waiting to try to connect. It doesn't show all peers in the SWARM. Also it's illogical to show your IP in the peers tab.
PS: In the execution log look for your external ip. (view->execution log)

it's illogical to show your IP in the peers tab.
Illogical, certainly,  but some clients actually do if UTP is enabled, uTorrent and BitTorrent being the notable ones, Halite and the relative 'newcomer' BareTottent also do. And by the look of it, .. So does Tixati.
it is the vpn download not the http webpage proxy
A VPN and a proxy server are two different things, a VPN is configured on the machine NOT in the client and ALL network traffic goes through it. There is no configuration needed to route BitTorrent clients through a VPN.

.
why is it illogical?

Because the semantics of the 'peers' button, at least on qbt, is this:
The 'peers' button only shows peers that YOU are connected to, trying to connect, waiting to try to connect. It doesn't show all peers in the SWARM.
