Hello,
I had version 3.18 running. "Check for updates" said there wasn't a new version, but still
I found 3.19 on sourceforge.
To update, should I first uninstall 3.18, or can I install 3.19 "over" 3.18?

Do the install over the previous version, it'll be just fine.

The answer to that is; Yes.

Just be mindful to backup and/or keep the 'settings' directory if you choose to uninstall first.
