[PPA] Karmic 9.10 version

Chris, could you bump the 9.10 version too? I mean.. the libtorrent-rasterbar should compile (just like the client).
Or should I make a new PPA with the latest (/greatest) ?
(I just kicked 4 people who were using 1.5.3. Already restored their accounts, but the way it shows up in the peer list...
[FAKE] uTorrent 1.8.4 as client.
In the xbtt: uTorrent 1.8.4 || Azureus 3.0.4
Or something like that. Anyway, this double identification is just like the cheater applications all around, so people will ban these people as soon as they see this.)
