0 Kb download when Rate Limit Set

qbittorrent 3.1.5 -3.1.9 , Debian Wheezy
Whenever i set a limited upload speed and select uTP the download speed comes to 0Kb , i knew there was one thread in windows section where people faced similar problem.

Try increasing the limit(eg 10KB/s) or disabling "apply rate limit to transport overhead".
The bittorrent protocol needs to send out control packets to other peers that help coordinate your download. So if those can't get out you cannot fully utilise you downstream.

It works fine when i set to 5Kb anything below it craps out, not sure why but i never had this problem before.

Have you tried with overhead excluded from the limiting?
