Maximum download rate limit is 1MiB/s?

Using qBitttorrent 3.1.9 on Windows 7 x64.
When I want to limit the download rate of an individual torrent, it appears that I can choose "no limit" which is indicated by an infinity sign. Or I can slide the limit bar to the right to set a specific rate. However, the maximum download rate limit that I can set is 1000KiB/s (when the bar is slid all the way to the right). And although I can type the limit directly into the number field, any number larger than 1000KiB/s is rounded back down to 1000KiB/s (=1MiB/s). And in fact the limiting *does* work properly, limiting a torrent download speed to whatever I set. Yet since the maximum download rate is 1MiB/s, any torrent can only download at either infinity or 1000KiB/s and under.
This becomes a problem when a really well-seeded torrent throttles the bandwidth of other torrents. This is because I often have several torrents of different sizes downloading at the same time. Some of them might be small in size and others larger, and some are well-seeded and others are not, so I like to set download limits in a manner that will allow all downloads to finish at about the same time. This is difficult to do if the max limit for a torrent is 1MiB/s.
Is there a way around this, some advanced option?
