Stalled torrent + "not working" tracker status

Hello everyone, trying to move from utorrent. First two torrents added to qBt: one is 'stalled' (not a magnet link) the other with "not working" tracker status (trackers allow qBittorrent). Both work fine with uT, attached screenshots and log (Win 8.1 x64).
update: the stalled one started downloading.
