I understand you ciaobaby, but let's not apply cold logic on that.
There probably needs to be a way of unbanning peers and way to view a list of user banned ips.
We are humans. We can change our feelings in a whim.

Anyhow, this is low prio.

It's not really a matter of "cold logic", it's more a case of common sense, the lack of which means we have to have a warning sign on bags of peanuts that says "May contain traces of peanut" and trimming knife blades that warn us about it "containing sharp objects".
