Hy.After i download a file and i delete .torrent extension or i modified that folder,in qbittorrent main page or ,,Downloading'' and ,,Completed'' section the file disappear.How to make history of downloaded things to remain recorded?

You can't.
You can move the torrent from inside qbt (right click->set location) and you can rename it from inside there too (in the 'content' button).
Edits outside of qbt aren't recognized.
