[Solved] How do I install qb?

I downloaded and unzipped the file using 7-zip. I read the readme file, but it is too obscure for me to understand. I click INSTALL and windows asks me how to open it (because all files in folder don't have an extension. I look for an .exe file, but there is no one.
Sorry that I am dumb, but I need step to step guidance, please.

OFFICIAL Windows builds (compiled with MSVC) are distributed here:

UNOFFICIAL Windows builds (compiled with MinGW), by 'sledgehammer_999', gets posted in this forum thread:

PS: I still don't understand the meaning of the folder I downloaded from the QB official webpage. Never mind, I can work now.

It's the source.
..Meaning the files that compilers use to make the different versions for end-users like yourself.
You should have looked under "Binary packages" on that same page.
