GUI issue, I also saw it in version 3.1.2 too
To reproduce: select a downloading (not complete) torrent, then click General tab at the bottom.

UPDATE: Turned out my Ubuntu GUI font was just a tad too big so the word Download didn't fit completely in its text area, which is apparently not being resized dynamically.

Look for the horizontal scrollbar.
Or post a whole window pic. (censoring the torrents)

v3.2.0 was released. Are you building yourself? If yes, try building with qt4 (I assume you used qt5).
