Autostart deamon service keeps asking to accept legal notice

I followed the tutorial posted, but I have a problem getting the daemon service to start at boot.
The qBittorrent log keeps giving the legal notice.
I do not have problems/errors/notices when running manually from the console, when I run as the user "jake". This is also the same user in the /etc/init.d/qbittorrent.
Potential problems might be around an encrypted user folder? I don't understand how the service can start as the user "jake" and not require the user's password to start.
Setting up qBittorrent on Ubuntu server as daemon with Web interface
Thanks,
Jake
