[Feature Request] - Watch incoming folder

A built in feature would be nice to check to watch incoming folder. And in the incoming folder if there is a .torrent file or something that qbittorrent can handle, add it automatically and download it to the path you desire. For example i choose to watch my GDrive/addtorrent folder. And if I add a .torrent to my drive with my smartphone or my office pc, my torrent pc downloads it when I get home. That was a weird sort of example but hope you get it
