Currently qBittorrent file priority system goes:
Do Not Download |Normal, High, Maximum

Is it possible to expand on this feature to about possibly increase the levels of priority to better manage which files are downloaded first?

Tixati for instance has about 9 different levels of priority and do not download.

libtorrent, the protocol engine used in qbittorrent has seven priority levels and only three of the seven values are significantly different to really make any difference..

Expand to what exactly? I don't get it. I mean, the current ones are very well balanced.

I think that current priority system is good enough to let qBittorrent decide what do download first or not at all. More options does not equal better in this case. Tixati is a different client, so has every client his own set of tools and features.
