That's because the WebUI has only very recently had an active developer.

Only if you want to see if something has been reported as a bona fide 'bug' or has already been requested as a feature.
If it is a definite 'bug' you can verify reported conditions or add your noted conditions, provided you are using the latest version of course. And if the feature has been requested add your vote to it.
Double reporting or extra requests only add to the 'noise'.
