if we can organize tv shows into their own subfolders (tv show name), it would be really useful,
a tag from the feed item (if exists) or regex of the title can be used for the subfolder name.

Use labels.

I don't think you can use labels to put different show in one RSS into different subfolders,
anything set would apply to all the shows.
