I have limited upload bandwidth and want to automatically prioritize it on rare torrents that are thinly seeded, rather than simply my per-torrent upload/download ratio.  It's been a while since I've used uTorrent, but I remember it had more options for limiting seeding that involved how many seeds or something like that.  There should also be an "and/or" option for controlling the Ratio vs. Seeds limits.

Update: oops, I didn't read that I should put this in Github -- I'll do that.

That doesn't work anyway, a seeding client does not 'know' how many seeds there are available.
