I am not sure where to make this post.
But it seems my ISP is now penalizing me for alleged copy write infringement. Is there a way to dl without getting this penalization?
ISP penalizing for using qbitorrent downloads
Re: ISP penalizing for using qbitorrent downloads
It is not about qBittorrent or about every BitTorrent-client out there, but about you.
Your ISP sent a strike to you because you allegedly infringed copyrights. This implies you downloaded something with copyrights, and you got busted while downloading that specific file. Depending on the country you are coming from (e.g. USA - "six strikes and you're out" / Germany - "pay the bill or get to the court to pay more"), get a lawyer or not.
There are ways to circumvent these strikes, but you can use Google for that tbh.

To add on to brot0;
If you remember correctly you saw this little window when you ran qBittorrent for the first time:

qBittorrent is not responsible for anything that you do, download or upload.

If it is 'alleged' prove it to them that whatever you download is legitimate and not subject to copyright.is now penalizing me for alleged copy write infringement.
Yep, don't download or upload copyright protected media or pirated software.Is there a way to dl without getting this penalization?

Use a VPN/SOCKS5 proxy (Btguard, privateinternetaccess.com).
(Yes it costs money.)
Or rent a seed server, download there, and retrieve your files.
