All torrents stall, even with new version

I am on iOS 10.9.5 running qBt 3.2.5. Original download and usage of qBT was fine. Then, all torrents went straight to Stalled. Doesn't matter which torrent. I did not change anything in the settings.

It's not my internet provider as my SO (on Windows) downloads files from the same locations without any problems at all.

Says you have two applications using the same port number on the same machine.
