Total break down

Yesterday at the library my vpn was blocked, and I couldn't connect to anything on qbittorrent with or without it. Today I am at a coffee shop and my vpn has such a slow connection I can't get to google. I can get to qbittorrent, but when I run a search it only finds things on torrentreactor. Eveything else has dissappeared. I'm going to try downloading something now from torrentreactor. When I try to download from torrentreactor, it just sits there without even giving me an error. I need some serious help!
