Hello, I run v2.7.3, the version for the distro of ubuntu I use: 10.04 (lucid). For about a month now, whenever I have a file downloading, uploading works fine.  However, once the download completes all upload activity ceases and I cannot get it to start again. All the torrents in my queue are in a 'paused' state and I cannot resume them. I try to have a high share ratio and this problem is killing it. Has anyone seen this problem and/or know how to solve it?

Have you set share ratio limiting? (too low)

Currently, I have the share ratio set to 2.0:1. All of my existing torrents are at 0.5 or less.
