A "Lower" priority.

For example, my grip with this torrent client is that when I do end up downloading multiple media, one of them just uses all the connection meanwhile the others barely get any.

example:

This is with the maximum priority, the first file can't even get to 1mb even though I know there is enough seed for it to get there, meanwhile the other file is using majority of my download connection, I tried putting it on "normal" to see if it would change anything but it didn't.

The only way for the file to get "prioritize" is to stop the other file, and only them will it start using my connection

Here is the file that was not even reaching 1mb.

In my opinion we need a "lower" priority to make torrents that you do not need to download as fast not use all the connection/bandwidth.

I may be wrong here and this just happens to me, but I seen it multiple times while downloading more than 1 torrent.

Nope, you simply need to get your settings correct so 'greedy' clients cannot take all your available capacity.

There are several threads that explain the information required to assist with speed problems.
