I've been using Qbit for a while and never had any problems, I'm using Linux Mint. Anyway I was downloading 10 files and they were at around 80% finished when I got tired and closed down my laptop same as usual and restarted the next day. It started okay but at 0% and all over again from the start.
I know my 80% files are still there I've checked, is there any way to connect back to the 80% files I really dont want to start again as the files are 40 gb. Any help would be appreciated.
Files want to restart after closing down
Re: Files want to restart after closing down
Turn on/off the append .!qB extention to incomplete files option under optiosn > downloads.
Open the folder containing the files and rename one of the files, add the .!qb extension or remove it depending on what you changed the setting to.
Force recheck the torrent, qbittorent should magically find it now.

Thanks KitKat that worked like a charm, I promise I'll always leave a saucer of milk out for my kat from now on.
