eMule Security IP-filter and qBittorrent v3.3.4

Howdy,
on the http://emule-security.org/ site it says "195936 filters loaded" for the latest V1765 release, but when I load the filter (after changing the extension from p2p to dat) in qBittorrent v3.3.4 it says only "108427 rules were applied", Am I doing something wrong please?
