Settings to local folder please !

A lot of applications today keep their setting in various locations like registry, user folders, etc.
This, as proven many times, is a bad practice.
Please allow qBT to store its setting in a config file in the same folder as the main .exe.
This will benefit a lot, it will allow easy transfer to other devices, make portability easy and make setting instatly accessible.
