After my ISP changed the topology, so my connection is behind a NAT, only connections from DHT and PeX is coming through.
We are talking upload, download is OK.

It cost a fee to have a public IP address, i.e. without NAT.

Paying or live with few upload connections.
Anything I can do ?

BTW. The connection status icon is green.

It will be nearly impossible to seed much on a private tracker, since DHT and PeX doesn't work there.
On public ones, uTP STUN-based hole punching might work...but that requires PeX and I don't even know if qBT implements that feature of uTP.
Do you have a IPv6 address? It might not be firewalled.
