[Solved] Very frequent stall or pause, not too helpful error log

Hello and THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS AND A GREAT PROGRAM!

Relative Noob here with qbittorrent.  I probably just need to adjust a setting or two, maybe a firewall setting?  Here is the situation.

Not using SOCKS or any proxy, not using a VPN (I know, need to get one soon)
Macbook pro late 2011, firewall enabled
OSX 10.11.5
qBittorrent Ver. 3.2.0
ISP TW Cable, ARRIS cable modem, firewall enabled

Here is the log, (it runs from bottom to top for some strange reason so read from early to latest time stamp)

When I add a torrent, the program quickly does it's thing, and then pauses the torrent. Often it restarts and begins the download.  However on some torrents, most actually, it pauses frequently and never restarts. I can restart or force restart repeatedly but it almost always pauses and throws and error in the log:

Sometimes after pausing, it near panics, running at about 70% of allocated resources, then either calms down after a minute or very rarely crashes. Torrents take 20+ restarts to completely download. Bummer.

One of the logs recorded earlier said Error 04 - Operation not Supported.  That number doesn't appear in the logs I included, I don't know if that helps.

Setting Anon mode OFF , changed nothing, still lots of pausing, stalling and occasionally uses high CPU cycles. I changed file names, IPs and such to keep data private.

Message is as follows: "An I/O error occurred, 01-File [Name, Path] error: Operation not supported"

Maybe try 3.3.6 and see what happens?
or just wait for other mac users to reply. (I'm not using mac)

Upgrading to the latest version fixed the problem. v3.3.6
Hopefully it lasts, seems I can't keep a torrent client stable for long for some reason.

I read somewhere that there are "peer" based slow down
methods being used against some clients, does it effect qBittorrent?
